Director of Purchasing

Jim spent 20 years with Macayo’s Mexican Food. Continuing with a leadership role, he applies his knack for financials to the wide breadth of brands that Kind represents.

Bret Cochran

Director of Operations

Bret has been in the food and beverage industry for 35 years, with the past 25 of those dedicated to food and beverage management.

Rosa Hernandez

Director of Operations

Rosa has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years. Starting her career as a dishwasher, she has since worked in nearly every single position.

Pat Tallon

Director of Operations

In the multi-unit capacity for 23 years, Pat has overseen and developed new concepts for hotels and national restaurant chains.

Jim Burton

Director of Operations

Jim has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including over 19 years with Native Grill & Wings.

From fine dining to quick casual, Chuck brings 25 years of managerial experience to the Kind team.

Kevin Wells brings with him a total of 35 years in the restaurant industry working with brands such as Subway, KFC and Del Taco.

Director of Operations

J. Paul brings with him to Kind Hospitality and Panera Bread in Salt Lake City the experience and passion of an 18-year career in the food service industry.

Manuel Butanda

Director of Maintenance

Manny began his career with Kind Hospitality by way of Paradise Bakery in 1995. He loves his job because he gets to work on a variety of different projects, which makes every day different and exciting.

Bryan Collins

Commissary Manager

As Commissary Manager, Bryan says knowing he is delivering fresh, quality food to our restaurants is what motivates him to succeed every day.

Brittany received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona. A fan of country music, her life motto is “life’s a dance, you learn as you go."

Senior Manager of HR

Jeff has more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in both operations and HR, with 20-plus of those years specific to the airport experience through operations and HR.

Jenny Maxson

Regional Catering Manager

A California girl at heart, Jenny is a former lifeguard, PE and swim teacher, and has had an accomplished career in the meeting and event planning industry for more than 25 years.

Sandy Anderson

Catering & Sales Manager

In February of 1995, Sandy started her career with Macayo’s as a server. She has since worked in all positions, moved into management and eventually became part of catering team, which she now leads.

Victoria Dunham

Marketing Manager

Victoria was born into the hospitality industry. Her parents owned and operated a restaurant while she was growing up, which instilled a love for the restaurant industry at an early age.
