Pat Tallon

Director of Training

In the multi-unit capacity for 23 years, Pat has overseen and developed new concepts for hotels and national
chain restaurants including Fazoli’s, where he spent 17 years and was highly decorated. In that time, he won the lowest management turnover awards six times; lowest crew turnover award twice; highest sales increase award once; and
highest catering award four times. He also received the highest controllable profit award and the area supervisor of the year award — the highest award a supervisor can receive. He has also written training materials in multiple roles
throughout his careers.

With Quaker Steak and Lube for five years, Pat developed menus that cut food cost by 7 percent and helped turn around their financials. He also worked with Blaze Pizza for four years, during which time he helped turn around several of their markets before moving onto his current role with Kind Hospitality.

His outside interests include taking his wife Rhonda, family and friends out in his Jeep Rubicon to discover the adventures of Arizona. He and Rhonda follow the Arizona Cardinals and Boston Red Sox and attend as many games as possible.
