For the past 26 years (and counting), Nava Singam, Owner and CEO of Kind Hospitality, has used a bold, thoughtful and caring approach to grow our organization from just one location to more than 30 locations across four states and has added more than 900 employees to the Kind team. And he conducts business with three guiding principles in mind — loyalty, perseverance and paying it forward.
Responsible for developing and overseeing every aspect of one of Arizona’s most notable hospitality groups, which manages a distinct portfolio of some of the most recognizable brands and specialties — including Panera Bread, Macayo’s Mexican Food, Native Grill & Wings, Fazoli’s, O.H.S.O. Brewery, Barrio Brewing Co., Virtu Honest Craft and more — Nava leads our organization with introspective, strategic planning and passion for serving others. His dedication to the Kind way of doing business has escalated our organization in revenue, profitability and growth year after year.
With keen attention to detail and personal, frequent check-ins with each restaurant in the Kind Hospitality portfolio, Nava and his team deliver the highest levels of service, along with great consideration to cost effectiveness, efficiency and quality. In addition to serving Kind, Nava believes in serving the community and gives generously to
various organizations in need as well as first responders.
Despite being inducted into the W.A. Franke College of Business Hall of Fame at Northern Arizona University, being a part of multiple groups and boards that serve the community and recently recognized as a 2022 Phoenix Titan 100, Nava says his proudest accomplishment is seeing his two daughters and wife Leticia grow into the wonderful human beings they are today and recognize all they have accomplished.
