Meet Our Team! Symantha, Talent Recruiter
Symantha is a loving wife, mother to four grown children and grandmother to seven grandchildren. Prior to her hospitality career, she served her country as a U.S. Marine, rising to the rank of SGT. She is very proud to have served and considers her time to be one of the best experiences of her life.
Symantha started her career with Kind Hospitality as a part-time overnight baker and rapidly rose through the ranks. She recently moved into Human Resources after a rewarding career as a General Manager at one of our Panera Bread airport locations. She says, “the company has been very kind to me and I’m just trying to give some of it back by bringing enthusiastic, energetic and kind people to the team.” After all, she says, “one thing’s for sure — we can all use a little kindness!”
