Meet Our Team! We are excited to welcome a new Kind teammate! Mike Hardy, Director of IT.

Mike has been involved in restaurant technology for more than 30 years. His career began at Yellowstone National Park, where he introduced the first POS and lodging system to the area. Through his experience, he has grown multiple concepts and built foundations for future growth in the industry. Hardy’s personal business philosophy is to provide support that is more than personalized, and he is passionate about treating the end-user with respect.

Mike has three sons and resides in a “house divided” between Arizona State University and the University of Arizona. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
