J. Paul brings with him to Kind Hospitality and Panera Bread in Salt Lake City the experience and passion of an 18-year career in the food service industry. Spending the early part of his career as a chef helped shape J. Paul’s deep passion for food — and for creating memorable experiences for his guests. He has more than 10 years’ experience in multi-unit management roles including opening multiple new accounts. In those roles, he has received the companies’ highest account recognitions within the first year of opening.
In addition to food, J. Paul’s career passions extend to creating positive work cultures and developing strong cohesive teams. In his free time, J. Paul loves spending time with his wife Tara and their five children — particularly exploring the outdoors or taking a trip to Disney World.
