Erika Davy joined Kind Hospitality in 2010 at Copper Plate and later helped with the opening of O.H.S.O. Brewery, where she served as a bartender before moving into supervisory roles. She became general manager in 2022. Today, she is the Director of Airport Operations, a position she has held since November 2023. In this role, Erika manages operations at O.H.S.O. Brewery, Macayo’s and Infusion Coffee & Tea Crafters and serves as the director for Barrio Brewery and Panera’s Mesa Gateway Airport location. In her role, she also focuses on operational efficiency and optimizing food and labor costs to improve profitability.

A family-oriented individual with three children and eight grandchildren, Erika is committed to enhancing customer experiences and upholding strict food standards.
