Jim is an experienced restaurant leader and professional with more than 35 years of experience in the restaurant business. He’s had 19 years of multi-unit management experience focusing a keen eye on financial results with a guest-first mentality.
Jim spent 20 years with Macayo’s Mexican Food before Kind Hospitality’s acquisition in February 2019. At that time, he was excited about the opportunity to continue with a leadership role as Director of Purchasing and applying his knack for financials to the wide breadth of brands that Kind represents. Through his experience and expertise, he has lent his keen eye for dollars at Kind to the benefit of the company and its portfolio.
