Jim has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including 19 years with Native Grill & Wings, where he served as a General Manager and Area Manager for the franchise. Jim loves the Kind Hospitality business model and the culture that has been built within our organization. 

A big sports fan, Burton can be found spending his free time outdoors with family and friends.
