DANIEL MEDINA

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

In the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years, Daniel started his career as a Server and worked his way up to serving as a multi-unit General Manager for an upscale sushi-steakhouse prior to coming to Macayo’s Mexican Food. In Fall 2022, he was promoted to Director of Operations.

He loves spending his free time with his family, his fiancé and two children. He also has a passion for home renovation and real estate flipping.
