BRYAN COLLINS

COMMISSARY MANAGER

Bryan has worked in the hospitality industry for 23 years, beginning as a Dishwasher and working his way up. He started as a Line Cook for Macayo’s Mexican Food 15 years ago. His hard work and leadership earned him roles as Assistant Manager and then General Manager of one of our highest volume locations with many layers of Operations.

Most recently, Bryan took those same strengths and stepped into a new position as Commissary Manager for Kind Hospitality. He says he enjoys this new opportunity because it’s a different challenge – a physical challenge as well as the challenge of managing production and distribution for multiple brands. Knowing that he is delivering fresh, quality food to our restaurants is what motivates him to succeed every day.

An Arizonan for over 30 years, Bryan loves to spend his free time with his family and playing video games.
